BrandNest Vendor Policy

1.Authenticity & Uniqueness

• All listed products must be unique and authentic.
• Selling counterfeit or copied products will result in immediate removal from BrandNest.

2. Store Creation & Listing

• Vendors can create their store and list unlimited items for an unlimited time.
• There are no upfront fees, but a commission applies based on sales.

3.Commission & Store Maintenance

• A 10% commission on total sales must be paid at the **end of each month.
• Failure to pay the commission may result in your store being frozen or removed.
• If sales are low, you will not be required to pay the commission, as we support our vendors.

4.Favorite Vendors & Promotions

• Vendors who qualify for our Favorite Vendor List will receive social media promotions from arhamsmarket.
• Selected vendors will be notified via email.

5.Strict Policy on Copying Products

• If you sell another store’s products or copy any other store’s listings on BrandNest, your store will be immediately removed.

6.Private Store Option

• If you prefer a private store, you can coordinate with the arhamsmarket team.
• Our professional web developers will assist you in creating a high-quality custom store.
